It really does not matter to me... when I need to write, whatever I am wearing its ok I guess... I never gave it too much thought... but now that you ask... I guess most times when I am writing I am in a plain t-shirt and nothing else... that is what I wear around my house when there is no one there but me and my husband... a plain white t-shirt, hmmm what does that say about me? Most times it truly does not matter if I am dressed up or just out of the shower... but there are special times... when I dress up ( or undress loll whatever the case may be...) for the occasion...:-) and no! I am not crazy loll

Sedentary and seated dictate style. Warm and soft and loose.
In summer, cool and soft and loose. Mostly my African dresses in summer or pants and tops from there.
In winter, layering of really warm and soft and loose turtle necks, sweaters, even neck scarves or hats, to keep my body overheated and my fingers warmed. At my studio work table in clay, I have to be overwarmed as my hands are handling icily cold clay and water.
And at the keyboard, the same thing happens, I am warm, but my fingers turn to ice, unless I am overdressed.

I like to feel comfy when I write, so quite often overlarge sweat pants and shirts (2 or 3 in winter, I always feel cold when I am not moving much) and a "floating" dress in summer, with no sleeves and no waist band! With my present work schedule, I have to write in the morning (work at night), so now, often in jammies before shower!LOL

Vogue - right now, it's 7:40am and I'm still in my 25 year-old frayed LLBean flannel bathrobe, which seems to be my "writer's clothes" on mornings when I'm not out on a writing assignment. When I travel, it's makeup and blown-dry hair all the way!! Mal

I personally love to slouch about in my jammies in the winter and bundle under a blanket on the couch unless at the keyboard then I am wrapped in a blanket at the desk...in the summer well an oversized t shirt...I have learned to write whenever the urge hits and forget everything else!

Leggings and a sweater in the winter, shorts and a sleeveless
top in the summer...I usually wear my slippers when it's cold and I go barefoot or with sandals when it's warm.

When I have meetings in other people's offices, I have to get into more or less casual business attire, which sometimes carries over to my blogging - otherwise it's jeans and T-shirts in winter, shorts and T-shirts (or no T-shirts) in summer...and always barefoot...

The way we look is supposed to affect the way we feel/think, so I suppose whatever makes us look and feel good should determine our choice!

I like to focus on my writing and my mood is the trigger. Everything else seems irrelevant.

computer clothes.
Time for confessions! When I struggle out of bed in the mornings I head straight for the computer; that's what Blogit has brought me to. Then after an hour or so, I eat breakfast, shower and get dressed; jeans and a sweater.
