I don't know about that: a part of me is finding it rather repulsive, but then again, another part is thinking that if some couples really want a kid and have tried other methods without success, maybe it is OK after all. In any case it's certainly reminds me of the great novel by Margaret Atwood,
Handmaid's Tale. Quite a subject of discussion...
