David spent so much of his life on the run from Solomon and then his own
sone, Absalom...no wonder so many of his psalms are cries to his God for help.....

Hi, Rocking - thanks so much for reading my blogs.  I find yours fascinating and reading it will certainly inform me about a culture unfamiliar to me.  You commented, Some of us believe that there are many authentic paths to God. and I believe that, too.  I have many close, churchgoing friends who know a lot about Judaism and we share information.  We are all in this world together and our mission should be to make it a better place!  Mal

Talking about the Annunication brings me back to Art History last year at college where we looked at several portrayls of it.

It is always fun to give people something other than what they expect
a little risky but when it pays off, it really pays off.

Rocking

Glad you were able to deliver something slightly different and something a little out of the “norm”.  I never knew there was such a thing as Ladyday – always a new little nugget to take away when I visit your blog.
