Now I have to be honest, they look different and interesting, but not too appetizing

I have now read all the Istanbul posts together and what a travel story or
rather series of stories. It is all so much like Greece I felt very much at home.

It was such fun catching up on your posts, vogue! Nice pictures, and really liked your poem. Loved the bit about the foot & visit to the clinic...something similar happened to me in Cuba. It brought it all back and gave me a good laugh. How is the tea brewing doing?

As Taps said, it ALL looks wonderful.  I was intrigued by the figs stuffed with walnuts though - that sounds/looks yummy.

It all looks wonderful, but that sheep cheese with pistachios is making me drool.  Our City Market has a store that sells this stuff in this way and I just love going there.

Fantastic pictures Vogue! I do not know how I'll keep myself on the straight and narrow when I go there myself.

I've always wanted to visit an outdoor maarket. They seem so romantic and
quaint. These pictures are fantastic. The colors are brilliant. Publish worthy, definitely.

When I was a kid in Morocco, we'd go to such markets. Love these
photos!

Beautiful, Vogue - nothing in New York compares to these markets.  I remember being swept away by those in Morocco.  Food is something that Americans don't necessarily savor; everyone is too busy dieting!!  Mal
