It is amazing to me how things have so quickly moved right and left not in politics but in those who come and go. It is a totally different group even with those who never left at least once a year. I like it better sometimes than others but it is not as deep as I anticipated it would be. Not that I have anything deep to offer but I can read.

I sometimes think Blogit is becoming "passe", but that has never stopped my enjoying sometbing in the past...or is that an oxymoron??

A lot of changes...

One kid married, both out of the house a long time ago. I can almost count the years to "retirement" on one hand. Blogging is still blogging. I see Passionflower on facebook now and then. Blogit is still a strange concept to "outsiders" now that everyone "blogs" which is more like facebook gossip, maybe I just don't get facebook because I have been on Blogit for a while now.

johnmacnab, I think there's a cycle to blogging barring obsession or $$

But if one's finances allow I think it's OK.

Nothing much has changed here, majroj. I thought I was going to set the world on fire when I moved to a new country and started writing in this new medium. I'm still in the same house, with a dramatically lower income and there are no world flames.

I have contacted. I have changed. I came on to write , wrote and then just

played around. That is so frivlous, that I have pretty much stopped all blogging here.

I remember some wild rides here in the early days, some wonderful real writers.

I am on the streets more now and selling artwork to survive, so blogging much less everywhere, tho' facebook is my home base now with family and friends.
