The bullying is a universal problem! I had a son who was quiet and kept to himself and he was always picked on too! The quiet students are never understood! You mother was very wise regarding the non verbal gestures! Thank goodness we survive these inconveniences until we grow up and understand the ones troubling us had severe issues of their own! Thanks for sharing this too! sam
