There are those diametrically opposed to your views. They will try to strike you down. They are not sparks of the creator but of the legions of hell! No dialogue is possible with them. They shake your hand but hold the concealed knife in the other. This is what I have witnessed in life and on blogit!

Excellent attitude...
one key to move towards that worthy goal you state is for everyone to exercize some consideration & moderation when it comes to commenting on others' opinions, no matter how divergent from ours theirs might be...for no single point of view is the right / correct view, there are infinite viewpoints, and making an honest attempt to understand others' while articulating one's own expands everyone's mind & heart...welcome & keep writing :)!
