That was pretty cool, I love your inspirational tidbits :)  If that's Salisbury, MD, my father-in-law used to be the head chef there.  I was trying to look through the clips to glimpse the building, but I couldn't tell.

Running does have awesome benefits! My son ran Cross Country in the grades and it was one of his most difficult but rewarding challenges! He is most proud of the medals he won as a runner! The benefits are outstanding! Great post! sam
