It is much better to find a way to release it, so it doesn't eat you up.
I've alays been one to hold it in. I meditate frequently, and am trying to change this about myself.

Yes-- Feel allow move on! that's the answer.
We're too often tempted to squash the feelings + move on. Then they haunt you.
