And now you've got a place for your books... Way to go!

At least you managed to assemble the thing; if it had been me I'd still be scratching my head and trying to work out the instructions.

everything has to be assembled nowadays unless you pay thousands
it's no fun sometimes lugging it home and trying to get it to look like it did in the store. Wiley of course is very good at this sort of thing.

It's City of Heroes, a superhero comicbook style online game. They also have a companion game, City of Villains, where players are supposedly the bad guys, but I don't like that as much. My brother plays COH as well as my best friend, who lives in San Antonio, and another childhood friend now living in Dallas.

So, what's your game?

Mine's LOTRO...  I have gone through addiction, recovery, play just when I feel like it, feel like it for 12 hours at a time, feel like not for days in a row...  No longer want it on my laptop.

A daughter plays WoW, has played for some years now, but I notice she maintains a life besides that, so I guess it isn't a problem.  Her husband plays too-- They met over Asheron's Call, and their relationship has outlasted that game spectacularly.

With all the illustrations, one would think instructions would be simpler, but too often, they aren't.

TIMMYTALES
I consider them backup, in case something breaks some time in the future.

Ariala

I still have another one to assemble, so I don't expect a parade in my honor.

While it's possible items can be missing, it's the "often" part you have to question.

when my daughter and myself try to put easy to assemble items together she usually calls her friend to do so, instruction on so unbelievable complicated

Talion, that was good of you to get that done...Mr. Ariala manages but
often finds that these assembling sets are missing parts or screws.
