I've been doing 30 mins on my wii fit pretty much everyday.  I try to do a little from each everyday-aerobics, yoga, stregth training, and balance games.  I try to get the rigorous stuff out of the way first and end off with the easy stetchy ones.  It's a new world to me, I just started this as my new years resolution, and I'm amazed at how much less achy I feel throughout the day.
