I admire your level of commitment...
to your work. A lot of people in retail hate their jobs...that much is obvious in the way they "deal" with customers, complain about everything under the sun and DREAD going to work everyday and can't seem to take their breaks fast (or long) enough. An encounter with a person of integrity in a retail store is refreshing and reminds me that customer service is truly a gift (both for the giver and receiver of good service). Sadly, I have few of those (good) memorable encounters in most stores I visit. I commend you and hope to run into you one day, though neither of us would be the wiser...lol.

You are a fantastic employee! You feelings are warranted as far as I am concerned! It was good you did the right thing for each customer! I like to run with scissors at times too! sam

You are trying to put a human face on the hard sell. Keep it up. Oh yeah-- do you have my hat in blue, green, or polka dots?
