I do not like to eat and so I really fail my body! Recently I got a book from a dear friend on road cycling! I am stoked because I am going to start training soon and a diet is in their for me to follow! I am looking forward to finally feeding my body the right way! Wonderful composition too! sam

I relate to the way you eat, I enjoy the hell out of food but I always try to balance what it is I'm eating.  I'm not much of an actual calorie counter, unless I start to feel like I'm getting really out of hand, but I try to make sure I get in at least one of each food group.  The only one I always have trouble with is my green veggies :(  I've heard these are essential, but I find myself only eating those leafy greens once a week or so.
