I have a bad back and a bad knee..
but I have worked out three times a week for almost 30 years now. Truth is, I still had to cut down on junk food, and mix in a salad every once in a while to lose about 25 pounds!! Diet is everything. Or in other words, if you are what you eat, I would be a pepperoni pizza by now.

Wow! Good for you! I don't have a CP or anything, so I've been lucky enough to be a slacker on exercise without any dire consequences, but lately I've been really trying to cram 30 mins of daily exercise into my routine. I was doing good with it for about two months, then the last two days I didn't exercise and -ouch!-what a difference it makes! I've felt tense and worn out. Tomorrow I will definitely get my 30 mins in!
