I will take some of all of these.

I love vegetables. Fresh ones always taste so much better than frozen or canned. Spring will be here soon and not long after our farmers markets will open back up and we shall see sites like this in my town. You can buy them now in markets brought in from Florida or South America, but there is something special about buying them grown locally and freshly picked ~ loved this post Greenfields.

Okra, zucchini, alma berries, spinach and lemons please, to start with, and anything else you want to throw in for good measure. I wish we could get the gooseberries here. The only way we can get them is canned in syrup which ruins them for me.
