Yeah...
That would be a hard one to slip in. I worked in an auto parts store and for years I waited for someone to ask me if I had metric nuts. To which I replied, "why, do I look Japanese?" I knew the mechanic well and we all had a great laugh. Yes, we did stock metric fasteners.
