BTW, I use the dictionary definition of socialist, socialism, and other forms of the word. The United States is becoming more so each election, including the Republican administrations. We need a good Libertarian in office for a few terms to straighten things out, and, of course, a good number of Libertarian Congress Members as well.

It's my money; whatever I choose to do with it is better. It is my money. If the poor would find jobs, they would not be poor. If the middle class managed their money better, they would not be foreclosed. If buyers and bankers had a bit of common sense,m the housing/banking crisis would have been averted. They didn't, it wasn't, so now they must pay the consequences. It is not the function of government to bail anyone out of financial difficulties.
