Have a big steaming plate of chicken soup... ( Home made) That guarantees to make you feel better I promise... also vitamin C, A and B complex... for a few days will help you. Plenty of water and keep warm but not hot. There you go... my recipy for alliviating the cold horrible symtoms , remember that if all fails... colds last from a week to 10 days so it will soon be over :-)

Well, LustorLove,
I am now in the middle of my SECOND head cold in less than 2 months. That's never happened to me, either. WTF? I just hope my husband and baby don't get it. But, I did learn something from your post. I didn't know a runny nose was "better" than a stuffy nose. My snoot is running (trying to catch it...hehe) more than it is stuffy. Good to know! Hope you feel better.

I just hate a cold but haven't had one now for several years
They say it is too cold here in the winter for bugs to survive. I like that.

Some nice tips here! There is a preparation in the form of effervescent tablets that targets the cold. I just can't recall the name.

We frequently spray lyesol....
to try to kill those pesky germs that lurk invisibly. You pretty well covered all the bases in your well-written blog. Thanks and stay well!
