Sending Healing Light Your Way
Have you looked into getting an infra-red sauna and the benefits to arthritis and allergies etc? I know when I can use mine regularly it really helps the pain. I need to use mine daily and take care of me more but it is downstairs and sometimes they are so insurrmountable. I'll try to find a link for you.
