Why are near porno blogs allowed? It wasn't to many years ago, your whole site would have been blocked for these dirt filled blogs. I am
appalled that you allow such crap! One page in the list of poems was blocked on my computer not just the blag the whole list. It is a
shame that this trash doesn't have to be in a special garbage can listed after everything else. At least the rest of us wouldn't have to see their tripe unless we were foolish enough to click on garbage can. Sorry I have to be so blunt but I am very upset. You will notice I haven't clicked on any of them and wish I never had to see the bawdy titles. I am right on the edge of giving up on this site. so far yours is the only site I have seen that makes the offer of payment to be read. If I found another I would give the whole site over to these perverts..

BN nicknames
Scriber, unless a member is in violation of the Conduct Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use, that is, the member is deliberately trying to mislead or confuse people by using a nickname and blog names very similar to another member's, we are unable to force them to change their BN nickname.

Please note that there are thousands of members here, and in the future there will be tens of thousands, and many will have similar BN nicknames (especially if they're using terms related to writing in their nickname).

We would also recommend that you consolidate your blogs so that readers know and recognize your nickname and each one of your blogs.

So, you seem to be saying that "theScribe: and "Scriber" aren't  the same?  I, Scriber, have been using Scriber for a few months.  "TheScribe" started last week.  I'm saying they're the same or very nearly so. I'm asking that he be bared from using "theScribe."

BN nicknames

No one on BN can have the same nickname, so it is easy to distinguish similar nicknames.

The Conduct Policy would be relevant if one member was trying to impersonate another member, e.g. by copying their nickname and their blog names.

Thanks, I was just curious. Since I see "TheScribe" as a name since about
Nov 13, I think, and I have used the name Scriber, for a few months.  And refer to myself as theScriber.  So, "thescribe" might be notified of the policy by BN. thanks.

Conduct Policy on BN nicknames

The BN Conduct Policy has this to say:

Be yourself! Please do not impersonate another BN member, BN staff members, or other people with official roles through the use of similar nicknames or any other method or device that misleads members.

Hope that helps.
