Only excerpts visible to non-BN members
1. Anyone can read an excerpt of each post in your blogs (and they can be searched on Google etc.). However, only registered BN users can read the complete posts.
FYI, the length of your excerpts can be short (75 characters), medium (300 characters) or long (500 characters). You can change your settings by clicking on the View blogs link in your Account.
Then click on the "Edit" link in front of the blog you're interested in changing, and then on the "Change display settings" link on top. Change the "Post Quote" setting to whichever one you'd like.
2. The web address for your blog is available in the Address field of your Internet browser. If there's no address bar at the top of your browser, you can make it appear by cllicking on View: Toolbars: Address Bar.
You can find permanent links to each post by clicking on the Link link below each post. And, you can also find your blog's web address when you first create your blog. It is either picked automatically or you can create your own.
