WileyJohn, here in my town, it is the law. OR, it will be soon and most people do it now to be polite.
Letting FIDO poop at my mailbox and then walk on is considered the height of barbarity, Hee hee hee. We all walk with plastic bags in our hands to pick up after Fido, or they sell pooper scoopers for this task.
More sanitary and keeps many doggie diseases from spreading to puppies who sniff and stick their noses into all kinds of things when walking.

Ah, perfume dispenser added, yes. And yes, why spend what someone else is willing to spend on expensive clothing, I wait until they admit that it doesn't fit or that they will never wear it and pass it on to the thrift stores.
Dior linen and snake skin shoes once for $ 00.35 not a scratch on the sole of the shoes. Amazing.
