Hi, ginnieb!
The guy emailed me again apologizing and wanted to make good on it. I kinda felt bad for the feedback because I'm starting to wonder if it got "lost in the mail." I still haven't received it but he offered to send me another one. And about the turtles, well, they need work, too, right? I'd certainly support Mom & Pop Shellback Delivery Service.

I've run across a few of these members of Densa...
The best one happened to a friend of mine, though -- he sold this jerkweed a beautiful Stratocaster guitar -- the paint style was called "marbletop" -- as opposed to, say, quilted, or flame top. Anyway, this f*cktard got all bent and wanted his money back because the guitar
wasn't really made of marble.

I always think that an apology goes a very long way!
Kills me that people would get defensive...not exactly great customer service! I would think in this climate especially that vendors would be doing their damndest to give the best service possible and if something unforseeable happens with an order...apologize!!! Geesh! It seems so simple! And I love the turtle idea! Haha!

I haven't dealt with Amazon, but I have been thrrough similar situations
with e-bay. Nobody wants bad feedback, so get off your ass and mail it already, gawd ! Love your remark about strapping it to a turtle's back. Lmao..priceless.

S & H is just another way to raise the price.....
I love the free offers.....you just pay shipping and handling.....one of the notorious ones is the guy that send you a free CD on different topics "Learn hot to make money on e-bay, it's free, but you pay $6.95 shipping and handling....2 cents for the cd, 21 cents for the shipping sleeve, and no more than a buck for postage......a gross profit of $5.70 on each "FREE" CD.......right!
