Muley - I believe it.
A phsychic once told me that, this time around, I was here to learn patience. Whether it is true or not, just the thought helps me to deal with frustrations that otherwise would make me rage...I remember her words (although I admit, sometimes not immediately!), and it enables me to treat each time as a learning experience. I have also heard it said that those who are having the hardest lives are 'old souls', with their journey nearly completed. What do you think? Love these posts, and will add the book to my Barnes & Noble list.

Great post Mike... You know what? Dr. Brian Weis was my neighbor for a number of years... He is a charming man... unassuming and brilliant. He used to be head of the Psychiatry Department at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. very respected, and then he wrote his first book, Many masters many lives. They laughed him off his job and he moved out of state... but the book is great and so is he. His son John dated my daughter for a while. sorry... :-) I digress. His experiment and observations were great... but if you ask me he lost his perspective . Anyway I am going to read the book you recomended... I will let you know what I feel about it. :-)

It really makes one think about the tough things you try to overcome. I think to know up you must experience down as to know dark you must know light. It does not happenin one lesson that is right!

I like the way you think, muley....
I keep picking myself up after I fall...but my ass is getting sore from all the falls. I must have been extremely wealthy in the last lifetime, with no love. Because I have so much love, for that I am so grateful. Money, well, that's something that hides from me.
