It would be nice if they advertised growing religions as well

The fastest growing religion, in the west is Paganism. Which has been terribly slandered by popular art. And all too often mistaken for Satanism... *sigh

I think people who are home on sunday morning... they should sleep in all day, wake up, and read until you fall asleep.

lol :P

While I do see your point...

what about those who cannot get to church? There is a 100-year-old woman who is a member of our church, but she cannot get to church every Sunday. The exertion is just too much for her. She comes three or four times a year on communion Sundays, but the rest of the time she listens to the radio broadcast of our previous week's services, and then turns on the TV to get some ersatz "face-time" with a congregation.

I do agree with you, though, that too many TV preachers are loud, obnoxious, and unpleasant to listen to. I don't know why. I also object to 20 minute prayers in public. People who pray that long out loud are trying to make their prayer into a sermon.
