Thanks for the post. Yeah - it's great having an IT person in the family. My husband is a software developer, etc., but my parents also call ME a lot! LOL. My husband's mother and father also call him. We get support calls from all over the place. I just wish we could make our own work ALL the time.

Oh boy...
My son is a computer (IT) specialist so he built our computer and is our tech person, nice! But my sister-in-law's Dell laptop is contantly giving her fits. She does a lot of on-line stuff and picks up all kinds of junk that loads up her system. One time when my computer failed to boot up it was a faulty memory stick, which I though was strange, but when I replaced it, bingo, problem solved. Now on a laptop, that's not so easy and that isn't an intermittent problem.
