I think you mean Vandana Shiva; I have met her, and am a member of her organization "Navdanya" which has outlets for organic food items. She does great work!

Keep the genetically altered crops out of India and you will be fine! One of my fighting sisters in India is doing that. Plus she is preserving ancient gene-pools. I think her name is Vandana!

So serene a prayer... I guess we all pray in much the same manner and for more or less the same things... no matter how we choose to call our God or Gods or our religion... This prayer is simple and beautiful... Thank you Nita for sharing it with us.
