Go to Malcolm's midwife: Words from the heart

- Go to Death of a possibility
Sorry to hear about your friend......one never knows what the next moment brings, so let's make time for our relationships today.
I love these lines from "The Dhammapada" [a sacred book of the Hindus]: "People forget that their lives will end soon. For those who remember, quarrels come to an end".
Thanks for stopping by; yes, some of our celebrations are quite crazy!
Hope you're having a good day! God bless. Nita.

The master Creator calls us all home
at some stage in our lives. This plane of existence is but a big learning curve and it is important that we take advantage of it.
G-d bless and comfort you.

Death is but a change of address
The hospice nurse who came today came with the news that the chaplin for Hospice who had been seeing Richard died this morning. Even after years of working as the chaplin and his wife as the volunteer coordinator refused to accept that death was a possibility because it would show that they didn't have enough faith in God. Death is merely a transition of the soul to another plane and it is an agreed upon time between the person and God. Death is not failure but a successful completion of a long journey and lessons learned. It is sad that we left here feel so alone but if we are still and learn to BE we can connect with those who have gone before.

Life is like a vapor....
that appears for a little while and then it vanishes. Remember the good times with your friend and let your heart continue smiling. And remember, a smile adds to your face value! Have a blessed day!!

Malcolm
Sorry to hear about Reg. And, yes, the loss of someone who left an imprint on our life is always a reminder of how precious each day is.

If he died proud and happy
then his life was blessed! Do not struggle to smile, my friend... just work on seeing the happiness hidden in every situation (it is there if you look)

Always a shock when someone so young (am I showing my age here??) dies suddenly. You kinda wish you had made that visit or picked up that phone, then all at once it's too late. I know the feeling well!
