Oh I saw those old movies and of course Treasure Island. I thought this man was so handsome. I loved his acting and accent. Thanks for this excellent account of his death and life.

He came to our house every week via TV as Mr. Roark. My husband loved
Fantasy Island. Also, we had special a special interest in the program because one of my brothers-in-law, at the time, wrote scripts for the weekly episodes. He would sometimes write in characters based on some of our family members.
