Re: Very true!......I am not diabetic, but still I can't afford missing a
meal.....I will add cinnamon to my diet.....I AM A HUNGRY BOX!!!!!!

Very true!
Although you can help reduce the symptoms of missing a meal time a little. Try to introduce cinnamon into your diet, it will help balance your blood sugars better and do a little to prevent the energy crash you get when you miss a meal.
