It's good too malcolm...
...if you are able to look beyond the present and into better times.  I know it's hard but the older I get, the easier that seems...guess it has to do with it all going way too fast!  Enjoy the evening!

I agree with Mariaki
self-talk does work, it also helps to remember that work is just a discussion on how to do a task it doesn't need to affect your self-confidence of inner peace if a way forward is chosen which is not the best.  I always try to remember that times like that happen because somebody needs to learn from it... and it might even be me   Have a great day, and I hope you find the hidden joy in each moment

Hmmmm, I'm not sure what I think about that robot emulating.  I do think that living for the moment and putting yourself and all your interest into what you are doing helps to keep the worries away.
