I so agree with you! Why associate one's name with evil and then cry foul! Israel is God's chosen, I think it is wonderful, but He still loves me equally! When people catch on, we will have a much better world! But Israel has been persecuted for century upon century! This may be the time when enough is enough! I don't blame them whatsoever for defending themselves, I don't of anyone who would do less! God bless Israel! sam

Oh Sam You have hit the nail right on the head
But if Hamas were to negotiate a peace it would mean having to lay down their arms and give up violence and terror as a way of life and that would leave them with no real purpose or reason to exist. It is all too easy for them. They instead choose the way of violent clowns in the circus of hell.
The world Hamas in HEBREW is spelt Chet, Mem, Sameach and it spells the Hebrew word for violence. Interesting isn't it? Whereas the word Israel can be read as Yashar El Straight to G-d. That is just playing with the letters a little. Hamas is actually anger or rage. Now why would you name an organisation with legitimate peaceful aspirations 'RAGE' or 'ANGER'. That sounds pretty warlike to me.

If Hamas REALLY cared about their fellow Palestinians they would negotiate an honest peace and act with integrity . Amen ten fold! sam

You have a point but you don't have to bother about what is spoken
against so long as you have clear heart and mind .

Yep it is good that there are a variety of topics and Mal you are right
I will not be visiting that blog again or others like it which peddle hate because I don't want pennies to go to them. I would rather read and comment on the more balanced bloggers who blog and voice an opinion sensibly without malice.
I am going to start a Support Israel Blog and post articles and clips about the present conflict and Israel in general. I will probably start it in Opinion next week sometime. All those who do support Israel are welcome to contribute and those who don't, well, if you can voice your opinion sanely without rabid diatribes or frothing at the mouth or Hamas and Hizboolah propaganda from all orifices you are welcome to contribute to the debate. Be aware though it will be a debate and not an internet shouting match.

Some people I will ignore for the obvious reasons, I think a few of us can relate and understand why. Blogit is a great site.

Please don't read me and give me your pennies! I don't need it! You are all under some kind of Supremacist agenda that you fail to commiserate with suffering people! Israel is stealing Palestinian lands and is killing the original landowners. Take that and stuff it! That is prime hate!

Norwood - as someone said to me when I first locked horns with "Dave" - you give him and those like him ammo when you read their stuff, every click on their post means that a portion of your $$ goes to them. It's not worth it to fuel the hate! There are so many more who support Israel here, it's just not worth arguing with some people, like arguing with a brick wall. Mal

I certainly vouch for what you wrote but,
please don't judge all of us in the same vein as the two you mentioned. While people have a right to speak their mind, some do it in such a viscious way that it is a total turn off. What amazes me is those who do not believe that there is a God but spend lots of time and energy talking about God. It seems like a waste for someone who does believe in someone or something to dedicate their entire blog to proving that there is not a God whom he does not believe exiests in the first place. It is wild! I don't go to those sites anymore either. I am not into hate, and by the way, those who seek to destroy Israel set themselves of for destruction according to God Himself. Blessings on you and your son today!

Norwood,
I hear what you're saying but that is why Blogit has a variety of topics. At least you know which posts and bloggers you prefer to stay away from.

Mmm..yeh. When I joined Blogit, that stuff was some of the first ones I hit. Nearly made me go away. One has to feel so sorry for those who hate...what energy they waste!

Total agreement.
I totally agree with your thoughts on there being too much hatred in the world. Hamas does seem bend on the destruction of Israel no matter what the cost, and the cost is lives. Some people write about death to the Palestians other the Israelis, I think it is time people wrote about friendship, understanding, and harmony albeit, love. John Lennon summed it up many years ago in a hotel room with his second wife, Yoko Ono, "Give peace a chance"
