I don't lack imagination, I'm just realistic. Diplomacy is always the best way but some people only understand force. The word liberal is a myth that people of that type try to claim. They turn into everything they condemn the minute you disagree with them.
You ask not to generalize, well then tell people to quite being so grossly predictable and obvious. I can tell a liberal the minute I lay eyes on them. THey couldn't hide what they are even if they wanted to.
You see I have mixed view-points and one couldn't tell nothing about my personality (by looking) except that I'm athletic.
I have some leftist positions but overall I consider them to be victim based, weak and lacking in testosterone. Your post has truth in it but I find it a generalization in itself. It reminds me of the teenagers/early 20 somethings that do slam poetry. Sounds good like perfume smells good.

U guys sure lack imagination :)...fyi, it is possible to be both "respected & liked"..that is what diplomacy from a position of strength, when used wisely, can accomplish...btw, i do not know, neither do i care, how u define "liberal"...knowing the gross overgeneralizations many wise-asses (read my post today) habitually use, it's probably another one of those...peace!

You may be right. Also if Israel were Christians, you can bet the libs would be hounding them a lot more than they are. Strange how liberals allow foreigners so much more slack than what is closer to them in background/culture.

Imagine if Israel was a liberal state, ha! A nation full of liberals and liberalism from head to toe. Bombs exploding left and right then the libs say, "Why don't they like us? What do they want? We must sit and talk with these killers! Everyone must like us! We would rather be liked than feared and respected."
This would be the flip side of everything that has made this nation great! I fear we that after 1/20/09 we will enter the exact opposite of Reagan. It will not be good!
