Hey sweetie! I got your note at my blog! I must say you have captured the essence of the book; but I was most impressed with the feeling of the poem and how it touched me on on my senses! Nice
I don't think you need to have read the book to appreciate the poem, there may be some intricacies that I didn't understand completely, but they only added depth to the mysteriousness inherent in a poem about vamps.
