I feel all chilly and wet now...!
Oh, well, I did just have a shower, and my head is still wet. But your vivid words truly share your experience! And I can see the beauty of the mountains and flowers... You make me yearn to be there!

Excellent story. Quite an Adventure!
I stayed glued to the computer screen reading your account of the adventure you all went on. Quite dangerous. I grew up in the country sdie north of Dallas, TX and it was rugged but no mountains. We had what is called quick sand and many poisonous snakes to deal with. But we went hiking many times in the out country. It got scarry, but nothing like what you had happen. You are a walking miracle.
