Re: Thinking is Good hehe
Thinking is a treasure ,problem solving a skill ,laughter is medicine ,love encompasses and offers deliverance, pain is a teacher that cannot be ignored. Life is for living and faith is for sharing.Beauty is inspiration and praise clears boundaries and leaps fences with ease. Smile its contagious. Not finished yet...Thanks for your honest thoughts!

Thinking is Good hehe
You know, I would just like to speak my thoughts honestly and truthfully. You are storing allot of energy, that does not just come for free right? So then you must be capable of wonderous feats. I wonder what it is that's prevent you from getting to your dream and power. Well, I hope that at least when people hear word of your endeavors and experiences that shed light on their own lives, that they trust in themselves. With that being said, I trust you are growing the way you need to. For goodness sake! Keep it up and thanks!

Re: Merkie
Thanks John. Are you betwist a rock and a hard place. Sounds like you have had to learn some new boundaries! I love colors and paint watercolours. Were I more affluent I would be able to post scans but the prices rise up and the income is static.

You're right
There is always a bright side but sometimes it is lost in mist or just too bright for us to see it?

If only we could all be perfect, then we wouldn't need New Year's resolutions.

I am certainly hearing you on the first one, I too am trying to think myself thin and it isn't working well. The second one is as inviting and colourful as the artist's palette.

I do have the aches and pains in the joints and back. Slightly overweight too! So I will heed your warning. As I work it out...there must be calcium(from milk), germs, and mucus in the tissues, not to mention mercury, aluminum (all heavy metals) etc. Toxic residues from pills, food-dyes, the no-calorie sweeteners(aspartame and splenda), pesticides, insecticides etc. Hormones, too, contribute to the obesity. Then the body must be congested. So cleaning must be the start of recovery! That is where I am at! And the yoga postures will help~! I will DO IT!

Oh, this is delightful. Fortunately I don't have a problem but only because I am constantly on a diet. I'm so used to starvation, it doesn't hurt anymore. Otherwise I would just baloooon. Probably not the right thing to do, but...Thanks for stopping by. Answering your question: the statue is about 2000 years old. Imagine that, and still smiling!!

You're so much fun to read. I had a great time with the DO IT poem, I'm not overweight yet, but I've been steadily working towards it since I quit smoking. My metabolism has slooooooowed down so much, I've been trying to motivate to start exercising regularly. The palatte poem was cheerful and fun, too. Happy New Year!
