You nailed it big time! I am trying to sell and wondering why I can't get the price I would be ask to pay when I purchase again! The housing dilemma is so absurd! I am lost it its mess and continually asked to lower my price for a quick sale! Brother, I hope it can get repaired soon! There are many serious points you make but I was so entertained by it all! sam
