taps.... a kill shelter means that if the kitty is unadoptable they are put
down... or if they are owner released they can be put down right then... our humane society... though it encourages people to think they are no kill put kitties down for upper respitory... kitty colds and ring worm.. both easily treatable... it just takes time. that is another reason why we do what we do.

riri, What is a "kill shelter"? Does that mean that all animals there are killed and meant to be killed when taken there? If so, why use the term "shelter"?
