Please refer to my previous comment. I was right again as you came along and stated that "severe winters can be a result of global warning." Futhermore, your statement that you have known much more severe winters contradicts the earlier statement that one winter does not a trend make. Every winter we hear the same thing. It gets very cold with snowstorms and ice but yet we hear the same thing that one winter does not a trend make. Over and over again. The chicken little thing is old. In January of 2000, our central part of North Carolina received 22 inches of snow in one night. That had never happened in the history of record keeping for this area. We are in the coastal plain of N.C. not the mountains. All due respect, I'm sorry but I simply do not agree with the global warming theory.

One winter does not a trend make. The trend is a warming one. Period. All data tells us that.
And as far as severe winters is concerned -- 1. I've known much more severe ones. and
2. One predicted outcome of global warming is disruption of the Atlantic current that brings warm ocean water to Western Europe, causing more severe winters there.
Sever winters can be a result of global warming.
go ahead keep denying it -- if we all denied it, then nothing would be done and we could accept that the Colorado River has much less water in it for the hundreds of millions who depend on it -- and we could see disaster striking Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles -- other places served by that one river. If nothing can be done, disaster can't be averted.
Right?

Of Course, You Are Right!
Your assessment of the global warming hoax is 100% correct! However, the liberal believers of this stupid theory will always have an explanation and I know you realize that response. Even if it would snow everyhwere in the U.S. on any given day then they will still attribute it to global warming.
Typical liberalism: contradiction!
