Re: joy springs from the darkness of depression
Those 1st glorious moments when the depression lifts and I can see colors again is how joy springs from my dark dungeon of depression. Thanks for the greeting and encouragement.

Depression (and I know it well) can be immobilizing. Letting go of past mistakes and regrets is always a necessary first step to find joy in the moment – joy in what we’re doing with our lives now. Welcome to Blogit!
