I've heard that they have earned their fierce rep as nymphs.
In fact, the Alien from ALIEN was based on the dragonfly nymph and its behavior.

You are so funny! Actually I am the dragonfly whisperer and they are basically pist because their name is not spelled correctly, it is dragoonfly and it means bully fly! They kick the crap out of other insects when we are not looking! I am on narcotics (of the prescription variety) and everything I say can and should be used against me! Just love my migraines. So I will go to my own blog and commune with the dragoonfly! sam
