I'm kinda surprised ya'll don't get snow up there.
Then again, I live on the coast, too. When it's wet,it's hot; when it's dry; it's cold. Never the twain shall meet, it seems.

I think we'll have enough by the end of the week...

But you could ship some down to Metalrat!

I'm looking forward to the next part of the dog-tale.  Pretty nervy, your friend imposing on your promise without warning!

Metalrat, I tried to mail you a snowball, but I can't get the stamp to stick!

Hiya, Cricket!

I got to use my 4-wheel drive for the first time today, as well as enjoying the snowfall.  We don't even own a snow shovel... Last night, I just kicked the snow off the front steps while it was fresh.

As for the cold--keeping the feet warm is the real challenge!

Found it, Naut... left a response to your response...

pretty much agreeing with what you said, I think.

Sunlight sparkling on snow...  Perfect!

That's pretty cool to have a white Christmas, it's just all the other
headaches associated with snow, that I dislike....being cold, driving, shoveling...etc

Ciel

We were having alternating days of snow and rain - very strange, but now they're turning into days of alternating sun and snow, so we'll definitely have a white Christmas...

BTW, you haven't looked at my response to one of your comments yet, to be found here...http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/Nautikos6191/584815
