If I was the President's cat, I would want my condo, scratching post, exercise towers, toy mice, hammock and everything else that is mine placed in the Solarium.

My cats are pleased with anything that gives them above-dog-level options.
But usually, they find their own.

I lived on a farm where the barn cats earned their keep by catching
mice and rats, etc., They also liked a fresh stream of milk pumped directly from the teat, otherwise they seldom approached us two-leggeds. Maybe it's that experience, knowing that cats can pretty well find comfort in any territory, but the idea of building in cat condos and hammocks seems a bit strange. I guess folks who do that would also hire a sitter for the cat if they're going to be away for a day or two.
