LadyC, I am not convinced that those with "things" have it so much better than the rest of us. I have met too many very sad people who have "things". ~Peace, OTA

Re:
It has to be something more than pure luck.......just look at the people that always seem to win the lottery.......all they wind up with is nicer trailers and a hell of a lot of new relatives......

Re: Doctors and lawyers probably...I wonder about my life
And you, Hazel....don't ever let me hear you talk like this again!!
Because of circumstances beyond my control as a child, I was an underachiever, and am still not close to where I would like to be or what I would like to be.
And I'll wager that much of your early life circumstances were beyond your control also.
So, cut yourself some slack....don't make me come up in there!! LOL xoxoxo

You stomped with rich kids??
Well, that's more than a lot of us can say. But, your point is well taken.
You have to remember, that despite the distinctly American(and false) notion that "all men are created equal," some people are more equal than others.
America's Aristocracy of Money isn't much different than the Aristocracy of Blood of Old Europe....they both enjoy the same advantages and priviledges.
I'll quit now because I can easily go on a rant on a topic like this.
Go Ravens!

LadyC,
I think many of them are either "of money" or they're CEO's of auto companies!
