Well, Young Miss, I surely don't get it.
I'm going to grow one last good mullet -- I'm blessed with a gently increasing forehead, so I thought I'd go for the Benjamin Franklin look one good time...

I do wear a hat, Whacky.
I blame it for the fake pony tail sticking out the back of it...

Strat...
Yeah, I've seen comb-overs that the wind made the person's head look like the number 7.

I just laughed and giggled all the way through this fantastic blog
Do you have any idea haow brilliant a writer you are? My Dad used the comb over and it was very funny when he stood in a windy place. His long hair would blow back the side it was grown from straight out from his ear. I giggled then, I giggled again tonight.

Sir Strat,
What the hell is with the mullets still being around in the south?

K, so I am an 80's girl and I'll admit...I still have and treasure my banana clips for my hair. HOWEVER, I don't wear them out of the house. I just need something quick and easy to pull the hair out of my face. (It's a
thing with me!)

my first stereo was blue and green and first album was Carole King Tapestry. Remember when the doo-dad came out where you could listen to five records at a time? and as for shag - don't get me started on that one - following that was that awful orange color - i have to pull out my old pictures now

Hair styles
Strat,
The hairstyle that never should have been born, was the "Flat-top with fenders!" Those guys must have used a whole can of Spray-Net every day, looking comical, but telling themselves that they looked ultra-COOL!

We had to have that thick shag carpet
for when we fell headlong into those sunken living rooms! Maybe there is some fear of unsteadiness in the wearers of those grand toupees, as well.
Did you know, by the way--? 'toupee' is French for 'tuft.'

the mullet has not gone out of style. LMAO A few hockey boys sport it. What is it, business up front and party in the back?! The comb over was too funny! I like how you have me rolling in my chair! (A sight to behold. lol) I don't think I can handle avocado green, my youth was scarred by my biological mother's kitchen.

It is right up with harvest gold for me! sam

LMAO! That was so much fun to read. I don't know what he did, but Jeremy Piven is the best hair recovery icon I've seen. I had never seen him until the show Entourage on HBO, but I recently saw a movie with him in it from ten years ago or so and he was most of the way bald! If you've ever seen Entourage, you know he doesn't even show hints of balding, I'd say he found the cure. Don't be like Trump!
