Amazing idea. Deflect the sun's warmth with little heat shields.
Wouldn't the rockets blasting them into orbit generate heat and particulates? More ozone layer damage, etc... I wonder if some enterprising nation could turn the heat shields into a weapon, maybe spot freeze some enemy city? I need to get out more.

Too funny! Maybe some of the bail out money can be used to fund the project. It is all a waste anyway! lol Shelly
