I am referring to fresh fruits that you keep on the table or cabinet top.
You only use a drop or so and rub it on the fruit. Actually olive oil is good
for you. They've found that it's a good preservative for tuna, and other
fish as well. You will need to wash it off before eating your fruit. Olive
is the best oil to use. I swear by it. It's expensive, but I believe my
health is worth it. I use olive oil products for my body and hair as well.
It's the most universal product on the market.

Wait, but wouldn't that add a lot of calories? I'm not like a health nut or anything, but usually when I eat fruits & veggies I'm going for the appeal of low-cal and no fat. What kinds of veggies & fruits are we talking about?
