That was amazing. No teenager could ever step outside themselves quite enough to capture the essence of what they're going through that well. The poem brought me back to the very heart of those days, the family of friends, the angry music (in my case rap), the unjust attitude towards family. Those years were definitely the wildest of my life, but they weren't all bad.
