Certainly for CEOs to fly in private corporate jets shows that the credit makers fail to make sound decisions themselves. Follow in advertisements and phamphlets what banks do with money for promotion.

Good post, and we all need to pray for that accountability in Canda too.

The total bailout according to Bloomberg amounts to 7.76 trillion smackers That is closer to the truth! They (paulson et al) lie and lie and lie!

Paulsen's speciality is finance. That's what he understands, so that is why
he felt the banks should come first. I'm very happy that he refuses to spend the second 350 billion....

Re:spitfire: thank you, we HAVE to make those bastards accountable!

Excellent post, muley
And I TOTALLY agree. Those bastards weren't even willing to give up their private jets and fly commercial when asked. Probably cause they're not going home from the meeting but on another lavish vacation with OUR MONEY. The banks still have yet to put that money they already received to the use it was intended to be for.

Right on Mike! I am in between a rock and a hard spot. These institutions and their quirky math have increased my house payment by one-third over last year and forced me to sell before foreclosure. I am so upset with this mess the fat cats have created that I am refusing to pay another dime. They will get their money if I sell otherwise they can rot in hell before I will  give them another dollar! Excellent post! sam

Ooops I commented on this post on the one before it.. loll sorry I was reading your last few ones and got confused. Anyway I said that I hope they would listen to you and distribute that money among the people raher than giving it to those big companies.  That would be a nice Christmas bonus :-) .  Take care of you.
