Interestingly he couldn’t wait for the right outlet to express himself on a call in show.
And that fits in with Protestant reformer John Calvin’s thesis on human nature. He said that man chooses evil acts to do. In this way the sign shows rebellion more than wanting to express his opinion. And he acted not even on the topic at hand. Sincerely motivated Christians know better. They express themselves in a loving manner.

From the Gospels I do not think he would be silent toward the leaders of this farce. He called the leaders a pit of vipers plus many other times he was very strong and harsh, plus driving the money changers out of the temple with a whip he wove himself with glass shards in it. He was not a coward or wimp and he spoke up for justice. Good comment, thanks.

I find persecution toward Christians as a whole to be offensive. The head of this concern called the Christ Child a dictator. Of course you and I know the truth, but actually I hate if for him, that is the ultimate in deception. I can think of a lot of people I would less like being their fool than one for the Lord Jesus Christ.

I do understand but we have to be a step above their kind of behavior. Let them do what they want, say what they want and hopefully someone will cross their path that can show them the difference. Their persecution is hurtful, but they think we deserve it. They don't know the truth. They are deceived.

I totally agree. They cannot do anything to me that is permanent. We will simply pass over if we are killed, not the same for the non believer. I wish all believed, but if they don't I have no beef with that just do not want persecution from them either.

Love, they are such sad and lost people that they have to keep
making their statements over and over to convince themselves. They certainly won't convince a Christian. I never talk about my faith, never mentioned or denied my beliefs at work yet everyone I worked with knew I was a Christian. So how come Faith in God can shine through without words while these people have to be offensive with graffiti in a public way. I feel so sorry for them BUT I have know that offends them to tell them so.

The thing that bothers me about it was, they were allowing symbols of religious expression to be displayed in the Capitol....the sign is not a symbol.....it is a frontal attack on religion......a hate induced, purposefully provocative statement meant to upset....rather than to coexist......I know of a couple here that could have easily authored such a statement with that very purpose in mind........
